Returns, Exchange and Delivery Policy

Return window

Ready-made products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is new, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the purchase invoice.

Return cost

Returns are free. We charge no restocking fee and no handling fee on returns or exchanges.

How to return

Returns and exchanges are processed in store at: Block 203, Road 311, Shop 280, Muharraq, Kingdom of Bahrain, during business hours. Please bring the item together with your invoice.

Refunds

Refunds are issued within 3 business days of us receiving the returned item, to the original payment method.

Custom-made products (exception)

Products made to the customer's specification — engraved trophies and awards, bespoke signage, custom printing, and personalised designs — are not returnable or exchangeable once the artwork has been approved or production has started, because they cannot be resold.

This exception does not affect the customer's statutory rights: if a custom item is defective or does not match the agreed specification, the customer is entitled to repair, replacement, or a refund.

Defective or non-conforming products

If an item arrives defective or does not conform to specification, please notify us within 15 days of delivery. We will repair, replace, or refund it in full at the customer's choice, in accordance with the Bahrain Consumer Protection Law No. 35 of 2012 and its implementing regulations. Alkhalil Graphics bears the collection or shipping cost in these cases.

Delivery

  • Delivery within the Kingdom of Bahrain: BHD 2.000 per order.
  • Free delivery on orders of BHD 50.000 and above.
  • Delivery time for ready-made products: within 1 working day (0–1 working days).
  • Custom products: production and delivery timelines are stated in the approved quotation.
  • All prices are inclusive of VAT.
