Terms & Conditions

VAT will be applied to the total job value on finalization of quotation our VAT Reg. No. 220009399500002.

  1. Delivery Period: 6 weeks from the date of approval of quotation/LPO/ shop drawings and advance payment which ever later.

  2. Delivery Period starts from the date of receipt of the advance payment.
  3. Payment: 50% advance along with the confirmation/LPO, balance 40% progressive payment final 10% offer completion & handover of the project.
  4. Less than job value worth BHD 500/- full payment along with the confirmation.
  5. Warranty one year from the date of completion / handover of the project.
  6. Not warranted against any loss or damage caused by a 3rd party or on account of vandalism, storm fire, riots or natural calamities.
  7. During warranty period for the maintenance access to be provided by client, defective LED & Drivers free of charge under warranty period, but minimum service charge will be BHD. 50 to 100 as per the scope of work & time duration.
  8. Our price does not include any government / municipal taxes.
  9. Price is subject to revision in case of any Changes in specification and quantity.
  10. All necessary permission for installation of sign board & maintenance shall be obtained by the client, if any official drawings / certifications / documents required will be additional charges applicable.
  11. Order once confirmed will not be cancelled.
  12. Power point to be provided by client as per required wattage and the required location at the marking point.
  13. Validity of Quote: 15 Days.

Note: Scaffolding / cradle for access hiring charges to be provided by client or actual hiring charges are applicable.
